Rebel Wheelers was set up in 2008 by a group of parents and IWA Sport. They all saw the need for an inclusive club to cater for their children as well as for others with physical disabilities. The range of physical disabilities affecting these youngsters is vast. The club sessions focus on fun and inclusion. Each and every member is encouraged to try a variety of sport and games. Coaches of different sports also come to the club and share their knowledge and training with Rebel Wheelers members. Games and sports are played by wheelchair users and ambulant members alike.
